Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation

  • Full payment is required to be made to Treepie Hospitality Private Limited (“Treepie”) at the time of reservation.
  • Rooms booked can’t be downgraded and upgrades are possible subject to availability and payment of the difference in tariffs.
  • Treepie reserves the right to make changes to your room selection. If your room is downgraded, the difference will be refunded.
  • No reduction from the meal plan / package price can be claimed in case any meals / activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
  • Any change in the dates of reservation, shall be subject to availability. The decision of the management in this regard will be final.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is subject to the following refund policy:
    • For cancellation made prior to 15 days of arrival (day of arrival included), a nominal charge of Rs.1000 will be applicable.
    • For cancellation made between 15 days and before 7 days of the date of arrival (day of arrival included), a cancellation charge of 25% would be levied.
    • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to date of arrival, 100% cancellation charge would be levied.
  • Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.
  • In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.
  • Please allow us up to 30 days for applicable refund in the event of cancellation.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The cancellation policies listed above are not valid during certain group bookings, extended weekends and other times of the year. The guests will be notified of the cancellation policies for visits during these times, at the time of the reservation.
